 Meet Mr. Lowder

Principal, Northeast Elementary School

The faculty and staff of Northeast Elementary eagerly anticipate the upcoming school year. Our highly qualified educators are prepared to help your children become better students and with your help, we will work to make them more socially responsible people as well.

Students at Northeast follow a curriculum built on the foundation of Grade Level Content Expectations in the core subjects of Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science. They are also guided by a Jackson Public School Board approved student handbook that clearly depicts acceptable and unacceptable behavior in our school.

It is important that your child be prepared to learn each day. We encourage every parent/guardian to stop by and visit us. As we all know, when parents/guardians are active in their child’s education, their children are much more successful in the classroom and beyond.

The lines of communication between school and home will always be open at Northeast, so please do not hesitate to utilize them. This will be a phenomenal year, and I am proud to be a part of what it will bring.
